Ingredients
Directions
- Thaw crab in water for 20 minutes.
- Panfry for a few minutes on each side in olive oil.
- Use 2 forks to pull crab apart into noodles.
- Add mayo, dijon mustard, dried parsley, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and honey!
- Mix and shred and eat with cucumbers.
- Pop in the refrigerator to serve it cold.
- Spread on sandwiches with cut up cucumbers
