Ingredients

Directions

  1. Thaw crab in water for 20 minutes.
  2. Panfry for a few minutes on each side in olive oil.
  3. Use 2 forks to pull crab apart into noodles.
  4. Add mayo, dijon mustard, dried parsley, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and honey!
  5. Mix and shred and eat with cucumbers.
  6. Pop in the refrigerator to serve it cold.
  7. Spread on sandwiches with cut up cucumbers
