Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup

Sauté Vegetables
- In a large soup pot over medium-high heat, add olive oil and butter, then sauté celery, carrots, and onion for 5-7 minutes until softened.
Add Garlic & Flour
- Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, then add flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring.
Build Broth
- Gradually pour in chicken brother, stirring to dissolve the flour.
Add Chicken & Season
- Add chicken breasts, Italian seasoning, and heavy cream, increase heat and bring to a simmer with lid slightly open.
Simmer
- Reduce heat to maintain a gentle simmer. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add Noodles
- Stir in egg noodles, cover partially, and simmer for another 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway so noodles don't stick.
Finish Chicken
- Remove chicken, cut or shred into bite-sized pieces, then return to pot. Season with salt, pepper, and stir in parsley.
Serve
- Serve hot and creamy with extra herbs or crusty bread, if desired.
