  1. In a large bowl whisk together milk, extracts, water, granulated sugar, butter, salt, and the eggs. Gradually add in the flour, stirring to combine. Mix until smooth.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup for each crepe, ladle batter into the pan. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
  3. Cook the crepe for 1-2 min, until. The bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn, and cook the other side.
  4. Fill the crepes with a smear of your favourite jam or fresg berries. Fold the bottom, then the sides, then tuck in the top, like you're folding a burrito. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and top with a dollop of whipped cream with the option to add more berries or a drizzle of chocolate, caramel, or some other kind of sauce.

I accidentally added too much vanilla but it tasted so good. I didn't add the almond extract because of the extra vanilla splash. I tried to fix it, but not sure if there was still too much.
