Makes 36 servings.

Directions
- In a bowl mix flour and baking soda; set aside.
- Cream butter, add vanilla and sugars; beat until fluffy.
- Beat in egg, cocoa and milk.
- Mix in the flour mix.
- Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
- Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes at 350°F.
- Cool slightly before removing from cookie pan.
- Makes 3 dozen.
