Directions

  1. put everything in a large bowl
  2. mix all ingredients together well with your hands; you may need a bit more honey to hold it together
  3. roll 1/8 cup scoops of dough into balls
  4. store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or the freezer for a couple of months

Notes

instead of cherries, you can put in raisins and cranberries can roll the balls in toasted coconut
