The Garlic Parm version is amazing, but you can also use the wing seasoning to bake your wings and then toss in whatever sauce you want

Ingredients

Wing Seasoning Before Baking
Parmesan Wing Sauce After Baking

Directions

  1. Arrange a rack in the middle of the oven and heat the oven to 400ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and fit a wire rack inside (wire rack is optional, might crisp it more, but wings might stick to wire rack).
  2. Place kosher salt, garlic powder, and black pepper in a small bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Pat the wings dry with paper towels. Place on the rack in a single layer and sprinkle the tops with the salt mixture.
  4. Roast until the wings are cooked through and the skin is crispy, 45 to 50 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the following, placing them all in the same large bowl: Parmesan cheese, parsley leaves, and minced garlic.
  5. A few minutes before the wings are done, melt butter. Set aside to cool slightly, then stir the butter into the Parmesan mixture.
  6. Add the wings with to the Parmesan mixture and toss until well-coated. Transfer the wings to a large plate or platter and top with more grated Parmesan, if desired.

Notes

The salt seasoning was enough to generously cover 1 side of 40 wings from Costco The parmesan sauce makes a lot. Could easily half it and it would still cover at least 20 wings

Highly Recommended Cooked Eaten
This seasoning is a great base for homemade wings. I also will use this dry rub to cook the wings and then toss in bbq sauce instead of the garlic sauce.
