Healthier Granola Cups

These are such a fun snack, not to mention packed with healthy fats, fibre and protein!

Directions
- Mix together the cashews, pistachios, almonds, pumpkin seeds and maple syrup in a bowl until well-combined.
- Transfer the mixture by the spoonful to a muffin pan (greased with coconut oil to prevent sticking). Be sure to pack each mixture down tight.
- Bake in the oven at 350°F for about 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool completely (otherwise they will fall apart).
- Drizzle melted chocolate on top.
- Sprinkle with flaky salt.
- Enjoy!
