Makes 1 serving.

Directions

  1. Pan fry vegetables in oil then set aside.
  2. Put 1 pita on the pan then spread pizza sauce on it.
  3. Add cheese and any other pizza toppings that you want.
  4. Put another pita on top to sandwich the ingredients.
  5. Cook on low heat. Flip to brown each side.
  6. Cut into pieces and serve immediately.
