Directions
- Pan fry vegetables in oil then set aside.
- Put 1 pita on the pan then spread pizza sauce on it.
- Add cheese and any other pizza toppings that you want.
- Put another pita on top to sandwich the ingredients.
- Cook on low heat. Flip to brown each side.
- Cut into pieces and serve immediately.
