Directions

  1. Roast the head of garlic.
  2. Add oilive oil to your instant pot
  3. Toss in onions and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add butternut squash, carrots, and cauliflower into the pot.
  5. Squeeze in the roasted garlic bulbs.
  6. Cook in the instant pot under high pressure for 5 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Purée until smooth.
