Salsa Verde

A favourite salsa for sure! Enjoy with chips, tacos, anything you like to have salsa with!

- Take the skin off the tomatios by peeling them.
- Place on baking tray.
- Take the skin off the halved onion.
- Place on baking tray.
- After taking the tops off the ancho chili and jalapeño, place them on the baking tray.
- Place Serrano peppers and garlic on baking tray.
- Toss all above ingredients in oil with garlic.
- Place baking tray in oven for 18 minutes at 425°F.
- Meanwhile, cut small tortillas into quarters.
- Place quarters into boiling pot of oil for a few minutes. Then toss in a small bowl with lime.
- Place all ingredients from baking tray into blender.
- Add cumin and cilantro that has had its ends removed.
- Blend and serve.
- Enjoy!
