Steak & Potatoes

- Marinate the steak with soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook potatoes cut-side. Season with salt and pepper and cook until the potatoes are crispy. Add garlic and parsley, and cook for 1 more minute. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Meanwhile, bring a medium/large pot of water to a boil, then blanch the green beans for 3-4 minutes.
- In the same skillet used for the potatoes, increase the heat to medium-high and add more butter if needed. Cook the steak for 2-3 minutes per side. Add the potatoes and green beans to the skillet and toss. Remove from the heat, serve, and enjoy!
