Taco Flour Dough

I learned this recipe from a Mexican cooking class

Makes 8 servings.

- Mix water and salt in a bowl.
- Put flower on a large plate. Add oil in the middle and slowly mix together grabbing flour from the outside. Mix it like you are rubbing money in your 1 hand.
- Slowly mix in water.
- Knead between hands, squish.
- Heat pan on medium high without any oil
- Roll into balls.
- Press ball with palm.
- Roll 1 way then the other til you make a flattened dough the size of your hand.
- Stretch again before putting it on the pan.
- Count to 10 and flip (if hot enough, will see bubbles, else turn up heat). Do this 3 times for a total of 30 seconds on the pan.
- Stack on a tea towel
