Directions
- Cut the steak with the grain.
- Heat pan with 2 tbsp oil. Wait for onion to dance on pan. Chop onions and add to pan. Wait for onions to get glassy and translucent. Then add bacon. Then add red peppers when crunchy and shinny. Pour into a bowl.
- In same pan, add more oil or not, add meat (ground beef) (sear) high heat.
- Wait for meat to dear beofre adding balck pepper
- Wait for meat to change colour before adding salt and black pepper.
- Drain ground beef.
- Cut lime for garnish
- Taste a piece & add more salt and pepper if needed.
- Add back veggies then add cheese. When starts to melt turn off heat.
- Garnish with raw onion and other garnishes.
