Directions

  1. Boil water for noodles
  2. Chopped onion and garlic, cook.
  3. Add frozen veggies
  4. Add liquid and spices
  5. Add cornstarch to thicken
  6. Add veggie ground or meat alternative and mix in noodles.
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
