Cooked EatenI halved the seasoning on 10 wings from Costco and actually really liked the flavour. Erica didn't think that it was spicy.
I would try it with the full seasoning to see if I can handle that level of spice. I had sprinkled the seasoning on the top and bottom, next time I should toss them with the seasoning.

7-Ingredient Vegan Stuffed Mushrooms
Cooked EatenI used 1/4 cup barley instead of the rice and it was delicious. It was really nice and chewy. It made enough to fill 5 pepper peices (1 piece roughly = 1/3 of a pepper). I didn't bake the peppers before. I just filled the peppers with the stuffing and cooked for 8 mins. I happened to use chicken broth this time.
8 mins crisped the topping nicely. 12 mins of cooking left some of the toppinng a little too crispy.
Next time I would double the barley and the broth needed to cook it.

Highly Recommended Cooked EatenThe seasoning was so good. The hashbrowns were so crunchy & delicious. It was a little tiring to cook them all because there was so much potato to roll. I also used a small pan so that the oil didn't spread out a lot, but that slowed down my process.
I also tried baking them after spraying them with oil, but they did not turn out well. Ended up pan frying them.

Highly Recommended Cooked EatenMaking with the proper amount of chocolate was still amazing, the brownie just didn't look as dark. I also made vegan variety with vegan Becel for the butter and did 1 tbsp apple vinegar and 1/4 tsp baking soda (mixed in separately) for each egg. The brownie looked molten at 40mins for the vegan one so I left it in another 10 mins, which made the edges very crunchy, but still good. Could have just taken it out at 40mins and it would have cooled and solidified. It also sunk a lot.

7-Ingredient Vegan Stuffed Mushrooms
Cooked EatenWas a huge hit as an appetizer at a party. They tasted really good and it was pretty easy to make. The hardest part was placing the rice on top of the mushrooms. I used brown rice and it was great. I also filled some peppers instead of putting them all on top of mushrooms. There was more rice leftover than mushrooms to be topped. I didn't cook them for the 20 mins listed because they got too crispy. They were good after maybe 10 mins. I also ended up dumping the rice all over the pan, and reshaped them on top of the mushrooms after it all cooked. The rice was delicious to eat on its own.
Next time scooping the rice with a cookie scooper might be a good idea to try.

I definitely want to experiment with the soup. It was leaning towards salty and vinegary, but actually pretty good.

Whisky Chocolates
Cooked EatenI've made these before and they turned out a lot better. I think it's because I ran out of premium chocolate. They also are very time consuming and messy to make. You get chocolate all over your hands and arms. I had been refrigeratorating the chocolates after each step but the chocolate didn't let go from the mould (even though I left them in the fridge overnight). I had to put them in the freezer to release. They were really tasty before. They tasted good this time, but maybe my tastes have also changed?

Chocolate Dipped Kiwi Slices
Cooked EatenI think I put mine in the freezer too long, I froze them solid, and then out them in the fridge, where they defrosted poorly. The chocolate was good though and it was super fun to see the chocolate instantly harden in the kiwi.
Next time I would follow the time in freezer exactly.
